What we do
Penmark Roofing is a four-crew workshop in the Cotswolds, working on listed homes, parish churches, and the kind of period buildings where the wrong tile is a problem for two hundred years. We do new roofs, we do strip-and-re-pitch, we do lead, slate and warm flat. We don't subcontract the actual roofing.

Guidance
Process
01
A foreman walks the building. Ladder up, drone over, moisture readings where it matters. You get a written specification, not a price band.
02
Materials named, manufacturers stated, lead times quoted in weeks. If a Conservation Officer needs convincing, we draft the letter.
03
Same crew start to finish. Daily progress photo into the client thread. Scaffold down within five working days of the last ridge tile.

“They re-roofed a Grade II rectory for us and the Conservation Officer wrote to thank us. That has never happened before.”

“I asked four roofers for a quote. Penmark were the only ones who put their lead times in writing. We knew from week one.”
Anna & Tom Bridger

“Subcontracted them on three jobs now. Site is always clean. Snags come back fixed without a chase.”
