Once a quarter we close the room to do something better. A grower flies in, a chef takes over, or we just open the cellar. Limited covers, longer menus, one sitting.

Wed 09 Jul · 18:30
With Mlečnik in the room. Six wines, light plates, two hours.

The room
We took over the lease in early 2024. Most of the original tiling is still there, and the fish counter — too good to take out — is now the bar. The room seats 28, with another six at the counter.
The kitchen is run by Ines, who came over from Brawn after eight years. The cellar is mine. We met at a tasting in 2019 and worked out the idea over the next four winters.
