Yirgacheffe

Bergamot · jasmine · lemon zest

Bright and floral on the first sip, with a tea-like clarity that lingers. Bergamot and lemon zest on the front of the cup; honeyed sweetness on the finish. The kind of coffee that reads as 'expensive' to the people you'd want to taste it.

Where it's from

Yirgacheffe is where modern speciality coffee got its grammar. The Aricha washing station has been running since 1979 and pays its 312 contributing smallholders on quality grade, not volume. Our 2025 lot comes from the December harvest, fully washed and patio-dried over 14 days. Sweet enough to drink black, structured enough to brew strong.
